Having successfully taken the enemy tank out of commission, Ted Richards (William Bakewell) returns in time to repair Commando Cody's (George Wallace) air hose, thus saving his boss from suffocation. Returning to their rocket ship laden with lunarium, Cody, Ted, Joan Gilbert (Aline Towne) and the pilot, Hank (Wilson Wood), head for Earth. Except for a minor skirmish with Robal (Noel Cravat), their inter-planetary prisoner who is easily subdued, the trip back is uneventful. But the landing approach is met by a welcoming party consisting of henchmen Graber (Clayton Moore) and Daly (Bob Stevenson). When Cody answers their ray gun fire, the thugs explode a cliff above him causing an avalanche.
